Set of twelve Vintage Baker Chippendale mahogany dining chairs Item # 8195 Click HERE to inquire about this item Set of twelve vintage Baker Chippendale style mahogany dining chairs. Each chair measures 22 inches wide, 19 inches deep, 37.75 inches high, and 19 inches to the crown of the seat. Excellent condition with the original Baker label on back. Purchased 30 years ago in Williamsburg, VA, from the Baker Furniture Company. These chairs are both strong and comfortable. Original blue floral silk damask upholstery. Some minor use marks on a couple of the chairs. One arm chair and one side chair are upholstered in a coordinating striped silk damask (the owner had used them in a different room). Verlag bei E G Zimmermann castiron and bronze stand c1875 Item # 8226 Click HERE to inquire about this item RARE Verlag bei E G Zimmermann of Hanau. Exhibited 1876 Philadelphia International Exhibition and the 1893 Chicago Worlds Columbian Exposition. Works from 1842. This stand has a bronze plaque on its top, made from solid cast iron with three eagles on its base. Measures 30 inches high and 15.5 inches across its bronzed top. We have a customer that has emailed us this information "Dear Thomas,thank you so much! I am studying Zimmermann's work and the numbers can date the item: your table is from about 1860-1870. Of about 800 pieces I collected pictures with the numbers they used since about 1850, from 1842 till about 1850 there are no numbers on the castings. All yours, Rob. Noord Holland, Netherlands.
