Antique set of eleven Chippendale style dining chairs c1900 Item # 5594 Click HERE to inquire about this item Antique set of eleven Chippendale style dining chairs with ball and claw feet c1900. This is a true set of fine handmade dining chairs in their original rich dark mahogany finish. The seats slip out for easy reupholstering. Ten of the chairs are in very good strong original condition, and one side chair has had a professional repair to the back of its top crest. The chairs were made from the finest matching mahogany Each made with a pierce carved back splat and fine, well executed hand carving. These are very strong, comfortable chairs. The two arm chairs measure 40 and one half inches high, 22 and one half inches wide at the top, 26 inches wide at the arms and 19 inches to the top of the seat. The side chairs each measure 40 inches high, 19 and one half inches across their tops, 22 and one half inches wide and 19 inches to the top of their seats.
