This "Victorian marble top table" was made from beautiful solid American black walnut. The original marble top is inset and set in with a cross banded walnut frame. This marble is the most unusual color. It reminds us of a sponge design. It almost looks like a mosaic with deep rich contrasting colors. This is one of the most unbelievable color combinations in real antique marble we have ever seen. This American Victorian table just came to us from an important Victorian furniture collection. Made in Philadelphia in 1860. Original finish. Measures 41 inches.

This inlaid tray table was made by the Flint Fine Furniture Company in New York at the turn of the last century. Flint started out in business with R J Horner in1890 as the Flint and Horner Company and then went out on his own. The table is made from mahogany with fine satin wood inlays which were beautifully done. This tea cart measures 20 and one half inches deep,27 inches wide and 27 inches high. We rarely find nice tray top tables like this one.

This period antique American black walnut library table adjusts so the two lower shelves contract into the top. There is a lever under the top that when pulled allows the table to lift up and serve as a book or folio shelf. This library table measures 41 and one half inches wide,21 inches deep and 21 and one half inches high. When the table is expanded it measures 44 and one half inches high with a middle shelf that is 19 inches deep and a bottom shelf that is 17 inches deep. This is a very unique piece of American Victorian furniture. The sides have burled walnut veneers. Excellent condition.
