The bottom shelf is 11 and one half inches high and the top shelf is 5 and three quarters inches deep. Made of pine, with wide hand dovetailed top board.This antique American South Western plate rack still has the original paint, which can be seen in the accompanying photographs.

This is a rare desk. Antique American Victorian walnut flat top partners desk in this small size are next to impossible to find. There are drawers and storage on both sides . This antique desk measures 46 inches wide by 26 inches deep by 29 inches high. The area inside the two sets of desk drawers measures 19 inches and 23 and one half inches high, 16 and three quarters inches at the bottom where the inside molding is. This period Victorian flat top desk comes apart in three pieces. The top sits on pins that come up from the two banks of drawers. This makes it quite easy to move anywhere in a house upstairs or down. The desk is in excellent condition and quite sturdy and strong. We do have the original key!

Each of the two side chairs each measures 34 inches to the to of their backs,17 and one half to the top of their seats,16 inches deep and 17 and one half inches wide.
