This parlor chair is in excellent original condition including its finish. Pottier and Stymus were one of the top American Victorian furniture makers of their day. Period American country pine cupboard with two drawers over two doors. This wonderful cupboard is all original including back boards and measures 43 and and one half inches wide by 44 and and three quarters inches high by 18 and and three quarters inches deep. This cupboard is unusual because the hand made drawers have a single huge dovetail both in the front and the back. The solid single board sides have boot jack ends. This cupboard dates from 1835.
