Each of this matching pair of ebonized window treatments measures 62 inches wide at its widest part. The brackets that hold it to the wall are 59 and three quarters inches outside to outside, 5 and one half inches deep and 15 inches high. The overall high is 20 inches at center. We have never come by another pair of aesthetic movement window treatments in our 33 years of selling rare and fine antiques.

- - - - - - - - - - - - | Pair Potthast mahogany pineapple top twin beds c1920 Item # 6554 Click HERE to inquire about this item This matched pair of hand made mahogany pineapple top twin beds were made by the Potthast Brothers in Baltimore, MD, in 1920. Potthast made the highest quality reproductions of 18th century American furniture from the late 19th to early 20th century. The company used only the finest matching mahogany and hired the most skilled craftsman of the time. The carving detail is superb. This is the finest pair of twin beds we have ever come across. Both beds are made of solid stock mahogany. The side rails are single boards that each measure 1 and one half inches thick by 8 inches wide and 75 inches long. The head boards are each 42 inches wide and 66 inches high. The side posts were cut out, turned, and carved from a single 3 inch square block of mahogany. The original finish is in excellent condition.
