This partners desk was made from the most beautiful matching zebra grain mahogany. The drawer pulls are hand carved floral design. Both sides have writing pull outs. One side has two doors and the other drawers. The desk does come apart. Top, two banks, center section and middle drawer. Measures 66 inches wide by 42 inches deep by 32 inches high. Condition old refinish. No breaks or cracks and all the drawers work just fine. Some old top surface use marks. The gauge of the mahogany of this desk is much thicker than any we have seen in the past The mahogany measures a full two inches thick on the top and one and three quarter inches on its sides. The Derby Desk Company of Boston Mass. were makers of the highest quality desks in the late 19th century. These desks were ordered either by the very rich or company chairmans and presidents.

Chrome construction with Bakelite armrest and oil cloth upholstered seat and back cushions in a stunning blue color. Signed on base The Lloyd MFG Co Heywood Wakefield Co Menominee, Mich. The sofa measures 70 inches wide by 36 inches deep by 34 inches high, chairs measures 26 inches wide by 36 inches deep by 33 inches high. This set is mint condition almost as if it was never used. We have never seen a complete Lloyd set let alone on in this condition. Between 1920 and 1940, Mr. Lloyd produced many new, unique furniture designs from large settees to small wastepaper baskets that furnished residential homes as well as commercial properties.

This Secretary is unsigned but we know from similar examples that Meeks made this masterpiece. All the veneers are book matched and the book matching runs up and down the front of this secretary desk. The condition including the finish is all original. We just had a professional rub out and wax the finish. This two piece Secretary desk measures 87 inches high, 47 inches wide,24 and three quarter inches deep at the base and 13 and one half at the top. This corner cupboard was hand made from solid matched mahogany by a master craftsman during the American Centennial period. All original including its finish. There is one old repair on its top right which we show in one of the pictures provided. Minor old repairs here and there are to be expected from an antique piece. The carving detail in the shells and the top finials is exceptional. This two part corner cupboard measures 84 inches to the top of its center finial, 19 inches deep at the center and 34 inches wide.
