Signed on the inside drawer.Retains its original finish This fine piece of American bench made furniture measures 29 and one quarter inches high,18 inches wide by 15 deep. This stand has a wonderful crotch mahogany veneer door panel and wonderful line inlay.Potthast was one of the top makers and is heavily collected.

This Antique American painted pine blanket chest retains its original red wash and brass pulls. Mint condition. Finding period country blanket chests in this condition is near impossible. The back boards are wide and hand chamfered. This superb piece of American Country painted furniture measures 44 and a quarter inches wide 43 and a quarter inches high and 20 inches deep. The two bottom drawers measure 9 and one half inches and 7 and three quarters inches. C1810.

This Antique Davenport desk had ebonized panels with gilt incising. This rare desk measures 31 inches wide, 50 inches high overall, depth 22 inches. Writing surface pulls out to 28 and one half inches. The writing surface is 27 and three quarters high. The compartments on the front are 8 and three eighth inches deep and 17 and one quarter inches high and 6 and one eighth inches wide. The two drawers on the right side of the desk are four and three quarters inches high sixteen inches wide and twelve and seven eighth inches deep. The left had cabinet measure 13 inches deep 11 and three quarters inches high and eighteen and one quarter inches wide.Original finish C1880. We have never seen a desk like this in our 30 years of selling fine antique furniture. This desk has side drawer, compartments and a pull out writing surface. This is such a sweet piece it would great in any area of a home.
