This is a true matched pair of period antique American Victorian Eastlake walnut three door bookcases. Both bookcases retain their original finish and wood shelves. Each original shelf has a walnut strip on its front to add to its decorative appeal. The finish on each bookcase could be rubbed out and waxed to a wonderful warm glow. They just came to us from an Boston estate. These two bookcases also retain their original blown clear glass. These two matching bookcases each measure 72 inches wide by 82 inches high with two side compartments that will hold 10 inch books and a center compartment that will hold 12 and one half inch books. Cushions do need to be made for it because they were too worn. This Salterini outside garden patio lounge chair could also look great inside a house as well. This piece was all hand made by Salterini who was from Italy and became one of the best wrought iron furniture makers. This piece was purchased in the 1950's. The back can be adjusted to many different positions for more comfort. Measures 68 inches long and 34 inches wide outside the widest part of the arms. These antique Windsor chairs each measure 32 inches high overall and 19 inches deep overall. The seat measures 13 inches deep to back and 15 inches wide, the widest point of the chair, and the seat top is 16 and one quarter inches high from the ground. We had all six chairs reglued so they are nice and strong and also quite comfortable. Nice old waxed patina. Made from maple and pine.
