This mahogany chest on frame is made from beautiful solid mahogany with four graduated drawers resting on an ogee base frame. The slide is covered with leather and was used to place or fold clothing. The drawers each have hand cut dovetails and the bottoms are beveled. The back boards are dovetailed into the case and the drawer slides are held in with wooden pins. Solid brass hand made hardware. This chest measures 33 inches wide by 38 and one half inches high by 18 inches deep. This is a fine piece of American furniture.

This easel measures 84 inches high by 40 inches at the base. The portfolio holder measures 28 inches outside and will hold works up to 26 inches inside. Mint original condition.

This Adirondack furniture was made from Hickory and was used in the lodges in up state New York during the late 19th century. People would travel to these lodges to get away for the heat of the city. This type of Hickory furniture was made from the Hickory trees in that area and proved to be quite strong and could withstand the different temperature changes that existed when the lodges where closed up for the winter months. Today this furniture is prized by collectors. The condition of this set is very good, strong, comfortable and not loose in any way. The quality of these antique pieces so so far superior to present day reproductions. The table measures 36 inches across and 28 inches high. The two chairs each measure 36 and one half inches to the top of their backs, 27 inches to the tops of their arms, 20 inches wide and 17 inches to the seat. The rocker measures 33 and one half inches to the top of its back, 17 inches to the seat, 20 inches deep and 27 inches to the top of its arm.
