This sterling silver or higher bowl is truly exquisite. The bowl is all hand hammered and the handles are cast silver. This along with some other pieces were brought back from Argentina in the 1950 to 1960 period and date from 1930 to 1950. This center piece bowl measures 9 inches round and 13 and one quarter inches across both handles and 3 and three eights inches high.This bowl is hallmarked and weighs 611 grams. There is a monogram on its face with looks more like design than a monogram. This is truly a work of art done by a master craftsman.

Each double candle stick weigh 525 grams and has a solid silver base and arms. Truly a beautiful high quality pair. We are not sure who the H R mark represents but they of the same superior quality as any Georg Jensen piece or other important Danish silver maker from this period. Each double candle stick measures 6 and three quarters inches high and 5 and one half inches at the widest part. The base is 4 and three quarters inches round.

It is headquartered in Montrose NY and still produces Doskow's original designs.In 1932, she won a scholarship to study art history at the Sorbonne for a summer. When she returned, she opened a shop on 17th Street in Center City, Philadelphia. Monogrammed pieces were one of her favorites. Her work is quite collected and constantly raising in value.

A few imperfections, minor surface dents.
