Vintage tapestry 14K clasp handbag Item # 7751 Click HERE to inquire about this item Late 19th to early 20th century tapestry hand bag with a 14K engraved yellow gold clasp. Medieval style tapestry depicting a lady holding a banner flanked by two dogs. Marked 14k on the clasps. It is also stamped with a triangle and square, along with 11-Z3D scratched on its inside surface. Measures 8 x 8 inches with a 15 inch gold plated chain. The Chinese hallmark for pure gold is on the bottom. The case measures 5.5 inches deep x 7 inches wide x 7.5 inches wide. The dragon measures 5.25 inches long, 2.75 inches high and 2.5 inches wide.This dragon scupture was given as a gift to an American diplomat in the 1980's.
