Fine antique French Empire style mirror circa 1840. Carved wood with gold leaf and original backboards. Measures 50.5 inches wide x 22.5 inches high x 2.75 inches deep. Excellent original condition including the mirror glass. Designed to hang horizontally over a mantle or sideboard, but can also hang vertically because the carving is symmetrical.

Measures 22 inches wide, 8.25 inches deep at center, 24 inches high to the acorns, 5.75 inches high to the surface. The inlaid mirror frame measures 18 by 14 inches.
