Korean pair of carved wood tortoise stands, Choson Dynasty, 17th-18th century. Each carved from a single block of wood and retaining its original polychromed surface. Each measures 7 inches long by 6 inches high and 5 inches wide. Now set with candle-pricks for use as candle holders.
