Early American country painted pine bench c1800 to 1840. This early bench retains the original grayish colored milk paint on its base. The top is a single scrubbed pine board 11 and one half inches deep by 96 inches wide.The bench is 17 and one half inches high. Boot jack ends, square head nails. The bench is quite strong and comfortable to sit on. Several people could sit on this bench with out any problem.
