Antique Irish silver,"Dublin Sterling silver" spoon by "Michael Keating" 1842 to 1843. This lovely serving spoon is heavy at 80 grams and measures 9 inches long. Dublin silver pieces are hard to come by.This Michael Keating spoon has crest on its face depicting a bird holding an olive branch. The hall marks are quite clear on its back and there is some worn embossed scroll design on the back of the bowl
