Oded Halahmy modern bronze sculpture of a tilted cube. Oded Halahmy began painting and sculpting at age 13 in Iraq, where he was born. His family settled in Israel in 1951 where he continued his craft. His father was a goldsmith and supported Oded's talent. Oded's love for bronze comes from watching his father create objects from gold and silver. This is one of his earliest works and is one of only ten made. His work is on display at the Sundaram Tagore Gallery, 137 Greene Street, New York, NY 10012. The sculpture measures 7 inches high overall. The cube measures 3.25 inches square and the marble base measures 5.5 inches square.
