It is quite rare to find Hagen furniture let alone a matched pair of Hagen bookcases with original labels. Dohrmann, keeping it up at the old place #106 Norfolk Street. Hagen worked on many important original Duncan Phyfe pieces. Hagen furniture was made with the same attention to detail and period design that Phyfe used so he was recommended by people needing their period pieces restored or reproduced in exacting detail.
