RARE vintage estate jewelry Tiffany and Company platinum, blue sapphire and diamond brooch bar pin c1920. Stamped Tiffany Co on reverse. The center stone is a .76 CT European cut diamond VG Cut VS I J color.. There are approx. 2.75 to 3 CT's tw of other matched diamonds that are VS I J color. 2 CTs violetish blue medium tone sapphires all of excellent cut and matched. This is a superb example of Tiffany's Art Deco period jewelry at its best in both mastery of design and hand quality workmanship. Just in from a CT estate. Measures 3 inches long and weighs 11 grams .Note: In the time period this custom piece was made c1915-1925, it would have taken Tiffany and Co. approximately 8 months to acquire all the exactly matched stones, before it could execute the previously approved design and hand constructing this fine piece of American Art Deco Jewelry.
