French pair engraved maps dated 1856 French pair of colored map engravings dated 1856. One is titled "Dept de la Haute Garonne" and the other is titled "Dept de la Gironde." Both images feature information regarding history, commerce, points of interest, and noted residents. Crisply detailed images, no fading, superb condition. Burr wood frames. Images measure 11.25 inches W x 17.25 inches H. Frames measure 20 inches W x 26 inches H. Engraved by Laguillermie & Rainaud and printed by Lemercier, Paris.
