Carl Lindborg "Moods of Music" abstract oil painting. c1985. Carl Lindborg American 1903 to 1994. Titled and signed on the stretcher verso. Lindborg the son of Swedish immigrant parents, began his studies at the Pennsylvania Academy of The Fine Arts. He continued his studies in Paris at The Academe Julian and also with Andre Lhote, a renowned modernist painter. He began to exhibit extensively around 1930. Although he was considered a modernist, some of his works contain elements of Cubism. Excellent original condition with just one small pin hole which is difficult to even see. Beautifully framed size: Approximately 32 and one forth inches high by 37 and one forth inches wide.

Thank you for your quick reply. I am really shocked at the price. I knew many people here wanted it, but probably figured I didn't know what I had and they wanted to buy it for nothing. I am glad I held on to it.
