American Victorian black walnut Davenport desk c1880
American Victorian black walnut Davenport desk c1880. This Davenport desk is unusual because of its small size and curved front leg. It measures 20 inches wide, 21 and one half inches to the writing surface, 41 inches high to the crest, 18 inches deep and 20 inches wide. All original including the finish. Burl walnut accents, hand cut dovetailed drawer, and lift top with compartmented interior. Attributed to Brooks in New York.
