Estate 14k impressive large aqua marine cocktail ring c1960. This emerald cut aquamarine measures 1 inch long by 11 sixteenths of an inch wide, and sits above the finger 5 eighths of an inch in height. It just came to us from an important Greenwich CT estate. It is a rich, clear aqua blue color. Copy of an appraisal done 9/29/07 upon request. Appraisal states "14Kt Yellow Gold Aquamarine Ring. Containing set in four prongs rectangle cut aquamarine set in curved basket setting. Handmade setting. rectangle Cut Aqamarine Approx. Measurement; 25.00 x 17.70 x 13.20 Approx Weight : 40.00 ct. Color: Medium Dark Blue. Brilliance: Very Good Color Intensity Good. Ring weight 15.5 grams.
