Japanese bronze standing crane sculpture Mejii period
Japanese bronze standing crane sculpture of the Mejii period. Measures 61 inches high. This bronze crane dates from the late 19th century and has traces of old coloring. Long revered in Japanese and other Asian cultures, cranes symbolize happiness, long life, good luck, and marital bliss.
