Victorian bronze ostrich leg pedestal c1880
Solid bronze Victorian claw foot ostrich leg pedestal c1880. It was riginally the base to a floor lamp. The platform held an oil font fitted with a shade. It would be delightful holding a plant or a gold fish bowl. This solid bronze pedestal measures 35 and one half inches high and 8 and one half inches wide.

Thank you for your quick reply. I am really shocked at the price. I knew many people here wanted it, but probably figured I didn't know what I had and they wanted to buy it for nothing. I am glad I held on to it.
