Original paper label affixed to back reads Columni de ????. Gorgeously hand painted scene of peasant women washing linens and travelers refreshing themselves and their horses at a classical water fountain in the mountainous countryside. Bordered by putti, floral swags, and seashells. Measures 24 and one half inches long by 17 inches wide by 2 and one quarter inches deep. Excellent condition. |
