Majolica pottery wedge form covered cheese keeper c1880
Antique Majolica pottery wedge form covered cheese keeper c1880. This wedge shaped Majolica cheese server is a rare form and this is one of the most sought after patterns in covered cheese dishes with its rustic wedge form, turquoise tree bark ground flowering vines with twig handle and lavender inside lid. The triangular tray measures 10 inches on all sides and the cover measures seven inches by 7 and one half inches by 4 inches high. Excellent original condition with out chips cracks or repairs.
