Italian design Cappellini cherry dining table
Italian Modern furniture design Cappellini cherry dining table. This table is the very best of Italian design. Cappellini designs are known all over the world as being some of the Modern Period. Cappellini was founded in 1946. This table is not being made any more, it is from the 1970 to 1980. The base is made from solid stock cherry and each leg is held together with very fine dovetails, and has a leveler on its bottom so the table can sit absolutely still. The solid glass top measures 55 inches round and one half inch thick. The table is 29 and one quarter inches high. Each leg is 3 inches square.
