Wonderful painting of a handsome well dressed gentleman holding a piece of paper with pen next to his surveying transit.This antique painting has come to us from a local estate. Good as found estate condition with some old restoration. The frame measures 41 by 47 inches and the painting measures 25 by 40 and one half inches.
