Antique Mahogany fern plant stand with wheat carving c1900
Pair of antique Mahogany fern stands with wheat carving c1900. These matching antique American mahogany fern or plant stands feature tripod snake foot bases. The feet are hand dovetailed into the base. The upper shafts are carved in a wheat motif, and the lower shafts are fluted. These elegant ferns stands measure 51 and one half inches high with a 10 and one half inches top. The flat surface area of the tops each measure 9 and one quarter inches. Original finish, excellent condition.
