Vintage set maple ladder back dining chairs with ash splint seats c1930
Vintage matched set of four maple, hand made, country, ladder back dining chairs with ash splint seats c1930. This is a very well made, and strong set of ladder back chairs. A large person could sit in any one of the chairs in this set with no problem at all. This match set was hand made from solid maple. The original seats are made from true hand cut ash splint and are quite comfortable. They retain their original finish and have a lovely old worn look. Each chair measures 29 and one half inches to the top finial, 18 and one half inches to the top of their seats, 17 inches wide and 14 inches deep.
