J L Moller danish modern dining table teak c1955

Danish Mid Century Modern dining table in teak. This modern teak table is signed by the maker J. L. Møller Models- Made in Denmark. Illums Bolighus-København the store that retail this table. Their label is underneath as well. This table is superb both in condition and design. Purchased in the late 1950's. The table leafs were designed to fit into one of the pull out leaf holders for easy storage. The leaves were cut from the same board as the top of the table so when the two leaves are inserted the grain matches running all across the top of the table through the leaves. This table measures 90 inches when the two leaves are put in,62 long with out them and 35 and one half inches wide,29 high. Each leaf is 14 inches wide. We can not sell you a finer Mid Century Modern table. We are not certain but it is quite possible this table was designed by Hans J. Wagner. We found a very similar example in one of our reference catalogs

Thank you for your quick reply. I am really shocked at the price. I knew many people here wanted it, but probably figured I didn't know what I had and they wanted to buy it for nothing. I am glad I held on to it.
