Vintage Gorham Sterling Melrose Flatware Service

Gorham Sterling silver flatware, This set of sterling silver flatware set is called "Melrose" This pattern was made by Gorham Silver Company. This Melrose flatware set consists of 8 dinner knives,8 steak knives,8 butter knives,8 teaspoons, 8 demi tasse spoons,8 soup spoons,8 lunch forks,8 diner forks, olive fork,two ladle sugar spoon, three large serving spoons. A service for eight with a total of 71 pieces including the wonderful lovely vintage wood box. This set is just in from a local estate and was hardly ever used.. This flatware service box measures 17 and three quarter inches wide and is 7 and one half inches high and 12 inches deep. Additional serving pieces are carving knife and fork, large nut spoon, salad fork, large serving spoon and fork.
