Chinese Jade and Gold Pendant
Chinese jade and gold pendant. Measures one and three quarter inches by seven eighths of an inch overall. Chinese gold jewelry is usually at least 22 karat, which is a higher grade than Western jewelry. The jade appears to be of the deep green "spinach" color. The embossed dragon frame design is very traditional; the bottom was cast and the top was embossed by hand.
