Antique Chinese Porcelain Ginger storage Jar
Chinese export,Chinese storage jar,Antique Chinese Ginger Jar, Antique Chinese export Porcelain. This Antique" Chinese export Porcelain" Ginger jar measures 8 and three quarter inches high by 8 inches widest and the lid is 4 and one half inches across. This "Chinese storage container" dates from the early 19th century. The condition is quite good with just a few chips along the covers edge. The blue and white decoration is quite good. This glaze is also lovely. This ginger jar just came in from an Old Lyme estate.

Thank you for your quick reply. I am really shocked at the price. I knew many people here wanted it, but probably figured I didn't know what I had and they wanted to buy it for nothing. I am glad I held on to it.
