American antique loom woven overshot rug c1820
Antique American textiles, "overshot rugs",American antique loom woven overshot rug c1820. This antique overshot rug was loom woven from cotton and dates from 1820. This"American antique overshot rug" measures 39 by 31 and one half inches. Excellent original condition with one small hard to notice spot. The colors are just perfect with muted blue and yellows. The pictures do not do this piece justice. It was hard to photograph. The small close up photograph shows it best.

Thank you for your quick reply. I am really shocked at the price. I knew many people here wanted it, but probably figured I didn't know what I had and they wanted to buy it for nothing. I am glad I held on to it.
