The exterior surface is the original as found old paint with an excellent look The door was stripped to the old pine and is ready to repaint. The interior trim sets are hand made originals and have been striped to natural pine ready to repaint. The piece was removed by museum quality professionals and will arrive in custom crates to insure damage free shipping to any location. Also included in this rare offering is the original step stone the entry piece rests on. It is a heavy hand quarried piece of limestone that has a beautiful walk worn surface.
