Antique Open Wave Crest Glassware Container

Antique American Wave Crest, wave crest glassware, this open "Antique Wave Crest open Glassware Container" measures 6 inches wide by side inches wide and the opening is 4 and one half inches across with a brass rim. This wave crest glassware container measures 3 inches high. Decorated by C.F. Monroe Company, Meriden, Connecticut, Wave Crest glass is opaque white glassware manufactured by Pairpoint Manufacturing Company of New Bedford, Massachusetts, as well in some French factories. The glass was then painted in pastel colors and decorated with flowers. The name "Wave Crest" was used after 1898. Signed on base is signed and dated which looks like 1909
