This "Antique Early 19th Century Oil on Board of British Naval Officer circa 1790" measures 17 and one half inches high and 14 and one half inches wide in the frame. This antique early 19th century oil on board measures 9 and three quarters inches tall and 12 and one half inches wide in the frame. This early 19th century oil on board painting shows a British Naval Officer standing on deck, holding a telescope. circa 1790, this antique oil painting is hand chamfered and has a birdseye maple frame.
